This delightful collection of traditional stories from central Kenya is Joseph Kabui's first published book. Born in the Mathira Division of Nyeri District in 1952, he was educated at Kagumo High School. The idea of writing this book came from the great pleasure he found in listening to his grandmother and grandfather telling stories and exchanging riddles.
